Baguette – 1 “Crusty StudeBaker Sourdough Baguette” – Organic


These crusty baguettes are made with *organic flours and natural yeasts (sourdough cultures) that thrive well at 6635 StudeBaker. Did I mention they are great for dipping into olive oil infused with herbs, salt and pepper! “CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR BREAD”: 1. Do not refrigerate. 2. After slicing, store remainder of loaf, cut side down, on a cutting board (with the bag or cotton towel over the loaf). ….Or…. 3. Slice your bread & freeze the slices in a freezer bag. Remove what you need, without thawing, & toast it. The bread steams on the inside and gets toasted on the outside. 4. If the loaf doesn’t get eaten or frozen after three days, make bread pudding or croutons. 5. Remember, there are no preservatives in any of our breads. ( approx 9 – 13 oz each )
