Made with organic flours, our own sourdough culture from organic wheat flour, as well as organic yeast, this toasting bread slices well, is full of those nooks and crannies that hold butter so well and tastes just plain yummy. “CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR BREAD”: 1. Do not refrigerate. 2. After slicing, store remainder of loaf, cut side down, on a cutting board (with the bag or cotton towel over the loaf). ….Or…. 3. Slice your bread & freeze the slices in a freezer bag. Remove what you need, without thawing, & toast it. The bread steams on the inside and gets toasted on the outside. 4. If the loaf doesn’t get eaten or frozen after three days, make bread pudding or croutons. 5. Remember, there are no preservatives in any of our breads. ( approx 24 – 29 oz )
