Bread – “StudeBaker Sourdough” (crusty long loaf) – Organic


This crusty bread is made with organic flour, sourdough cultures from our organic flours and baked using 19th century methods. This produces a beautiful rustic loaf or boule that is tender inside and full of flavor. “CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR BREAD”: 1. Do not refrigerate. 2. After slicing, store remainder of loaf, cut side down, on a cutting board (with the bag or cotton towel over the loaf). ….Or…. 3. Slice your bread & freeze the slices in a freezer bag. Remove what you need, without thawing, & toast it. The bread steams on the inside and gets toasted on the outside. 4. If the loaf doesn’t get eaten or frozen after three days, make bread pudding or croutons. 5. Remember, there are no preservatives in any of our breads. ( approximately 1.3-1.7 lb )
