Buns – Bratwurst Buns – Organic


These crusty buns are 5″ to 5-1/2″ long and made with organic flour, a small amount of organic rye flour, and organic yeast. They pair perfectly with ‘Pork Sausage: Salt & Pepper Brats’ from Phil Buehler & Matt Buehler Farms. “CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR BREAD”: 1. Do not refrigerate. 2. After slicing, store remainder of loaf, cut side down, on a cutting board (with the bag or cotton towel over the loaf). ….Or…. 3. Slice your bread & freeze the slices in a freezer bag. Remove what you need, without thawing, & toast it. The bread steams on the inside and gets toasted on the outside. 4. If the loaf doesn’t get eaten or frozen after three days, make bread pudding or croutons. 5. Remember, there are no preservatives in any of our breads. (package of 6 buns)
