English Muffins – Organic

This 19th century recipe is made with organic flour along with homemade hops-&-potato yeast (local hops and organic potatoes). Split one open with a fork, toast it, and top it with a farm fresh fried egg. Just plain delicious! “CARE & FEEDING OF YOUR BREAD”: 1. Do not refrigerate. 2. Store remainder of muffins on counter, in their bag. ….Or…. 3. Slice your muffins & freeze the slices in a freezer bag. Remove what you need, without thawing, & toast it. The bread steams on the inside and gets toasted on the outside. 4. If the muffins don’t get eaten or frozen after three days, make bread pudding or croutons. 5. Remember, there are no preservatives in any of our breads. ( package of 4 )
